Stress And Anxiety.

Due to the Corona Virus everyone has developed the mental problem called "stress and anxiety".Both stress and anxiety are different things,in other words stress is pressure of doing something and anxiety is worrying about anything.
If stress and anxiety sustain for a long period of time it can harm your mental health severely.In my opinion ,overthinking is the route cause of stress and anxiety.
Overthinking is not bad but if you think for days and months over small things that develops stress,only this type of overthinking is harmful for your mind.For example,If you are overthinking about your debt and expenses that is okay if you're not thinking about it's solution then it's not okay and you will be also called mad.

Symptoms Of Stress And Anxiety:
Frustration
•Unhappiness
•Headache
•Tiredness
•Brain Fog(Not able to think properly)
•Depression
•Anger
And many more...

Cure Of Overthinking,Stress And Anxiety:
Start doing meditation everyday for 30 min atleast
•Keep yourself busy in work it will keep you away from overthinking
•Eat Healthy Food and  (avoid junk food)
•Don't stay inside home for too long, socialise yourself and make friends
•Go to gym everyday , good physique would make your mind stable
•Talk to your loved ones when you feel depressed at the end only they can help you out in your problems!
